Above Photo: Two “50-Year Award of Gold” presentations were recently made to longtime Carmel #421 Masons.
The first presentation was to Brother Ross Moffitt (in photo on left and at the home of his daughter in Greencastle, IN). The second was made to Brother Wilbur Hancock (in photo on right at his home in Lafayette, IN.)
“This singular achievement marks a milestone in their Masonic journeys, that only comes to those who have shown their dedication and commitment to the Masonic Way of life.”
The award consisted of a “50-Year Award of Gold” pin and commemorative certificate.
The brothers of Carmel Lodge #421 (and The Grand Lodge of Indiana) wish that the award will have an everlasting effect on the recipient, his family, the community, and our Masonic Membership.
Did you know that ...you DO NOT have to be a Mason to attend our social events? That's true, and if you're interested in Masonry, or becoming a Mason you are fully welcome to attend any of of social nights (or for our dinners, 6pm to 7pm, held before any meetings at our lodge each Thurs) and meet our awesome Masons. No notice is necessary, but if you want to RSVP, just send a note to our lodge Secretary via our lodge contact form.
To see when our next lodge social is, check out our lodge calendar (aka "Trestle Board") to see our activity schedule.
