Pay Parking Fee

Carmel Lodge permits student parking for those who sign a legal agreement and pay the current fee, and unauthorized parkers on our private property will be towed.

The lodge address is 310 1st St NE, Carmel IN 46032. Our lots are on the east and west sides of our building, and are the nearest of any [private] parking to a door into High School.

The Permission Agreement spans a full school year for 4am-4pm on school days, minus the occasional rare instance the lot is needed for public use (such as an Election.)  Existing families are given first right of refusal for following school years at the new price. However, there is a limit of one slot per family and no “sub-leasing” is allowed. You must obtain permission from an elected Lodge Officer, not a third party.

Reservations for parking for each school year are made in April-May of the year before– and there usually is a waiting list.

If you want to request a reservation, please email us at or call us at 317-846-2346 and leave your name, number and best times to reach you. We will call you with the latest details of availability to discuss reserving or wait-listing.

If you already spoke with a lodge officer and were told you have a reservation, please download, print and fill out the contract below with your and your student’s contact information. You make your payment online using the link below or mail a check to:
